Owner, Residential Settlement Officer

Dawn is a licensed Title Underwriter and has been working in the real estate industry for nearly two decades. Dawn handles residential purchases as well as residential sales and refinances. She is known by lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, buyers and sellers alike, as a thorough and knowledgeable settlement agent. Her ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of customer services allows every transaction to close with success. Holly McFeely

Owner, Commercial and Construction Settlement Officer

Holly is a licensed Title Underwriter and has over 25 years of experience in real estate title and settlement, including commercial and construction transactions. Holly has built a strong reputation throughout the real estate industry as an expert settlement agent and is highly regarded for her ability to close multimillion dollar transactions with ease and efficiency. Sallie St. Peter

owner, Senior Underwriter

Sallie has been a licensed Title Underwriter for more than a decade and is appointed with Fidelity National Title Insurance Corporation, one of the nation’s largest title insurance companies. Sallie oversees all daily title duties and conducts continuing education and agent title classes. Sallie handles both commercial and construction underwriting and is committed to tackling every transaction with a high level of accuracy. Christopher Young

Assistant Settlement Officer

Christopher is Aurora Title’s Assistant Settlement Officer. Having worked in mortgage just prior to joining the Aurora family, he offers a unique perspective on the process of buying and selling homes in Virginia. With a background in customer service, Christopher takes pride in his ability to develop close working relationships with Aurora’s clients and real estate partners to help them achieve their goals. Christopher received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester where he performed with the University’s oldest a cappella group, The YellowJackets, appearing on Season 3 of NBC’s “The Sing-Off” in 2011. Susan Nuckols Davis

Closing Agent

Susan is Aurora Title's Certified Notary Closing Agent and has been a Licensed Realtor for six years. Before joining the Aurora Title team she worked as a Professional Photographer and still enjoys photographing events and portraits for friends and family. Susan has three grown children and enjoys adventures with her two granddaughters. Susan received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and resides in Goochland County.
